Among the most prestigious awards in graphic design, Print Magazine’s Design Annual awards are great fun to win. What a thrill is is to see our work among the best work of the year.

When we found out our annual holiday letterpress project, “Hoppy Halidays,” had won a coveted Regional Design award, and we were so hoppin’ happy about it, we scared the folks in the adjoining studio. The round “drink mat,” letterpressed Holiday Mailing was designed to be reused as tree decoration or gift tag (or under that tall glass of holiday scotch, obviously, if that struck you). Concept and Illustration by Kayle Simon and letterpress printed in 3 colors (black, red, and white) using our own beloved Oldstyle Pilot Printing press from about 1886.
